How members use Gymogy

Members use Gymogy to execute training, understand what coaches assigned, and control privacy. This guide assumes you were invited by a trainer or joined through a gym—self-serve signup paths can vary by region and product packaging.

Your workout hub

Open assigned workouts from the hub or notifications. Each session shows prescribed work; log sets honestly so progress charts mean something. If something hurts or equipment is missing, use notes your coach can see rather than skipping silently.

Consent and what coaches see

Granular consent categories decide whether trainers or gyms can view history, body metrics, or photos. Marketing email preferences are separate. You can tighten access at any time; some panels in the coach app will go blank until you re-authorize—that is intentional.

Scheduling and attendance

Book or confirm sessions when your organization enables it. Attendance at a physical gym may use QR check-in; that event is distinct from logging a workout. If times look wrong, verify timezone in your device and profile settings first.

When something breaks

Retry on a fresh network, then contact your trainer or gym front desk—they can escalate to platform support with context. Keep screenshots of error codes; they speed up reproduction.
