Getting started with Gymogy

Gymogy connects members, personal trainers, gym owners, and staff in one platform. This guide summarizes the first steps; your live app may show additional steps based on your plan and region.

1. Create your account

Sign up from the marketing site or your invite link. Use a valid email you can access for verification and billing notices. Choose a strong password and complete any required profile fields.

2. Choose how you will use Gymogy

After login, you may operate as a member tracking your own training, as a trainer managing clients, or as a gym owner or staff running a facility. If your organization invited you, your default role may already be configured.

3. Complete profile and preferences

Open settings to set locale-related preferences where available, notification choices, and privacy options. Trainers and gyms should verify business details used on invoices and member communications.

4. Connect with trainers or your gym

Members accept invitations or relationship requests according to the flows your trainer or gym uses. Trainers and gyms invite members, assign programs, and manage consent before accessing sensitive training data.

5. Explore workouts and assignments

Members open assigned workouts or templates from the workout hub. Trainers create and assign plans from their dashboard. Gyms monitor attendance and member activity from operational views aligned to their permissions.
